2. Spot Bookings, Vouchers & Quotas

• First-Come, First-Served: Spots and whole squad pages are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Photo Changes: Your initial photo upload is free. Your first photo update is also 100% Free. Additional photo updates cost ₹15 each to cover CDN optimization.
• Time Capsules & Secret Notes: Each spot includes 2 Lifetime Free Creations. Subsequent creations cost ₹5 each. Deleting an existing capsule/note does not reset the lifetime free quota.
• Gift Vouchers: Buyers can gift spots to friends via unique claim links. The sender may reclaim an unredeemed voucher before it is claimed. Once claimed, ownership irrevocably belongs to the recipient.
• Referral Rewards: Inviting 3 friends who claim spots unlocks 1 free 100% off coupon code valid for 30 days.

3. Content Ownership & User License

• You own your content: You retain full copyright and ownership of all photographs, text, and captions you upload.
• Display License: By uploading media, you grant Campus Memory Books a non-exclusive, worldwide license to format, render, and display your memories in the digital book.
• Consent & Authorization: You warrant that you have explicit permission to post the photographs (including consent from any classmates appearing in group photos).

4. Content Policy & Moderation Penalties

All uploads and comments must strictly adhere to our Content Guidelines.

Violations — including non-consensual images, defamation, nudity, or hate speech — will trigger enforcement actions (official warnings, temporary suspensions, or immediate permanent bans with photo purge) without eligibility for a refund.
