Cancellation & Refund Policy

✓ When You Are Eligible for a Full (100%) Refund

We provide a full 100% refund without questions in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment / Double Charge: If your bank account or UPI was charged more than once for the same order due to a network glitch or gateway timeout.
• Payment Debited but Slot Failed: If money was deducted from your account, but the slot was already claimed by another student or could not be allotted due to a technical server error.
• Technical Upload Failure: If our system fails to accept your photograph due to an unresolved server defect and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours of reporting.

✕ Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of Mind: Once your spot has been claimed, confirmed, and your photo has been published in the book, fees cannot be refunded as the custom digital frame has already been reserved and allocated.
• Content Guideline Violations: If an uploaded photo is removed or an account is banned for violating community rules (such as uploading banned NSFW content, harassment, or someone else's photo without consent), no refund will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund & Processing Time

If you experienced a failed transaction, double deduction, or technical glitch:

1. Email our support team at sarwararobin2@gmail.com with your Order ID (e.g. pmb_ord_...), payment receipt/screenshot, and the registered email address.
2. Our team will verify the transaction with Cashfree Payments within 24 hours.
3. Once approved, the refund is initiated directly to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card).
4. The refunded amount will reflect in your source account within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking and RBI processing timelines.
