Campus RulesThis is a student memory book — a timeless digital archive of campus friendships, hostel banter, and graduation farewells. The rules are straightforward, human, and designed to keep everyone safe while letting genuine college memories shine.
✓ Completely Fine & Celebrated
- Hostel nights, parties, drinks, smoking, hookah
- Memes, roasts, inside jokes, terrible poses
- Friend groups, couples, farewell photos
- Custom profile frames, colorful flair tags, social handles, and nostalgic farewell stories.
- Leaving locked Secret Notes with a custom key or sealing Time Capsules for the future.
💡 We are not going to take down your photo because there is a drink or party in it. That is a real part of university life.
✕ Strictly Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)
- Nudity or sexual content
- Anything sexual involving minors — reported to authorities, not just removed
- Graphic violence, gore or self-harm
- Someone else’s photo without their permission
- Hate speech or slurs — caste, religion, region, gender, sexuality
- Threats or doxxing — phone numbers, addresses, room numbers
- Anything illegal under Indian law
- Abusive comments, spamming comment walls, or attempting to compromise another user's secret key.
👥 Photos of Other People & Consent
Group photos with your batchmates, roommates, and squad are warmly encouraged. However:
- Never upload someone else's photo without their knowledge or permission.
- Never post embarrassing or non-consensual candid pictures as a cruel joke.
- If anyone featured in your uploaded photograph requests its removal, our team will promptly honor their request.
🚩 Content Violation Reporting & Moderation
Every photo frame in the memory book has a "🚩 Report this photo" button. To maintain fairness and eliminate fake or bot complaints, all report submissions require 6-digit Email OTP Verification.
For minor infractions, the student receives an official notice to modify their photo or caption within 24 hours.
The spot is temporarily hidden from the public book (7 to 30 days) while under formal investigation.
Content is immediately purged from Cloudflare R2 storage, the spot is cleared, and the account is banned without refund.
🎵 College Life Soundtracks & Audio Rules
- Official 30-Second Clips: Students may attach an official 30-second theme song or graduation anthem to their memory book spot, powered by Apple Media Services.
- Audio Content Standards: Tracks with direct incitement to violence, extreme hate speech, or targeted defamation against individual students or faculty are prohibited.
- Playback Controls: Soundtracks play smoothly when visitors open a slot card. Visitors can pause or mute audio in 1 tap anytime, and audio automatically stops when closing the dialog.
- Zero Storage / Bandwidth: Soundtracks stream directly from official music CDNs with zero private data or tracking cookies shared.
🔄 Photo Updates, Personalization & Feature Quotas
- Photo Changes: Your first photo update after initial upload is 100% Free. Subsequent photo changes cost ₹15 each to cover CDN re-encoding & storage processing.
- Frames & Vibe Badges: Photo frame presets, custom accent colors, and up to 3 personality vibe tags per spot are 100% free and customizable anytime.
- Time Capsules & Secret Notes: Each spot includes 2 Lifetime Free Creations. Deleting an existing capsule or secret note does not reset or refund the 2 lifetime free creation count. The 3rd, 4th, etc. creation strictly requires the ₹5 processing fee.
- Gift Vouchers: Once gifted and claimed by a friend, ownership of the spot transfers to the friend's verified account.
